The present criminal revisional application has been preferred against criminal proceeding pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah being GR case no.3468 of 2020 in connection with Sankrail PS case no.720 of 2020 dated 19.08.2020 under Sections 417/376/420/506/34 of IPC. The matter was last heard on 22.02.2021.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate the issues raised in the present revisional application before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 235 of 2021 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All pending applications connected thereto, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
