1. Appellant/Insurance Company is represented by the learned Advocate.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents/claimants.

3. It appears from the earlier order passed by this Court dated 9th September, 2016, wherein, the appellant was directed to prepare and file requisite number of informal paperbooks out of Court within the period of three weeks from the date of notice of arrival of the Lower Court's records by the Department. It is informed that the Tribunal Court's record has already been received by this Court but paperbooks has not yet been prepared and filed.

4. Accordingly, the appellant is directed to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court on 9th September, 2016 and prepare and file the paperbooks within four weeks from this date.

5. Let the matter appear after four weeks.
