It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the instruction given by the petitioner they are not willing to proceed with this revisional application any further. Written instruction given to that effect to the learned advocate for the petitioner placed before the Court, let it be kept with the record. 2.

It is further submitted that out of eight petitioners one has expired, to that extent a death certificate is filed, let it be kept with the record.

Hence in view of the instruction as above, let the revisional application be dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
