The prayer in the revisional application is restricted to dispose of Misc. Case No.47 of 2022 which is an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said application is pending for a considerable period of time.

The affidavit of assets and liabilities are yet to be filed by the parties.

Learned Magistrate would fix at least one date in every 60 days and insist upon filing of the affidavit within the aforesaid period and take all efforts to conclude the case by 30th September, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 424 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
