Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that two of the co-accused got bail from the Hon'ble High Court and one was enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is absconding since 2015.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM(A) 652 of 2022is dismissed.
