This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his representation dated August 23, 2011. I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties and perused the materials on record.
In light of the same, the Chief Executive Officer, South-24 Parganas Co-operative Agricultural & Rural Development Bank Limited being the respondent no.3 herein is directed to consider the representation dated August 23, 2011 upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from date.
The reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within 10 days of passing the same. With these observations, WPA 256 of 2015 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
