The matter relates to unauthorized construction in a Panchayat area.

The Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat has forwarded all documents relating to the unauthorized construction to the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The petitioner is granted liberty to follow up the matter with the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The Sub-Divisional Officer shall afford an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties for production of all documents in support of their respective stand prior to passing a final order in the matter. The Sub-Divisional Officer shall endeavour to dispose of the matter at the earliest.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

Exception filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

6.

The communication of the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat dated 18th June, 2025 addressed to the Sub-Divisional Officer be also taken on record.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
