The petitioner's representation dated November 3, 2025 has not yet been considered. The representation is in the form of demand for justice before the respondent no.4. 3.

I direct the respondent no.4 to consider the afore-stated demand for justice as a representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by way of a reasoned order within March 15, 2026.

The respondent no.4 will give a hearing to the petitioner upon adequate prior notice and pass the reasoned order by March 30, 2026. The respondent no.4 will also intimate the result of the consideration to the petitioner by April 5, 2026. 5.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been called for, I have not gone into the merits of the case and all points are kept open to be decided by the respondent no.4 at the time of consideration of the representation.
