Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation dated 28.12.2024 addressed to the Inspector-in-charge, Raiganj Police Station along with her earlier representations were never considered, although she has suffered at the hands of the private respondents both financially and socially.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Raiganj PS case no.

128/25 dated 10.02.2025 has been registered for investigation and statements of vital witnesses have already been recorded by the police authorities.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the present writ petition has been preferred is subserved.

Accordingly, WPA 2472 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
