Petitioner before us is the husband.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner demanded dowry from the family of the de facto complainant.

There is an injury report of the de facto complainant which speaks of assault on the de facto complainant. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of interrogation of the petitioner.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 336 of 2024 is dismissed.
