In the third line of the fifth paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'year 1973' shall stand corrected and be read as 'year 1972'.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 21.05.2024.

4.

The other parts of the order dated 21.05.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
