1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had misused his liberty and had been taken into custody. Though he is in custody for four years, trial is at its fag end.

3. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion if the petitioner is released on bail, he shall again abscond.

4. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and his bail prayer is rejected.
