1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 06 of 2025pending before the learnedCivil Judge (Junior Division)2ndCourt, at Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

2. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this Court does not find any reason to pass any order for expeditious disposal. However, the petitioner will be free to make prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit before the learned Trial Court.

3. With the above observations, CO. 359 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
