Parties are represented through their respective counsels.

Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

During the course of hearing the learned advocate for the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by permitting the present petitioner to file afresh a comprehensive representation along with

relevant documents and submit it before the respondent no.17 alongwith a server copy of this order.

In turn, the said respondent shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within 45 days. It will be open for the said authority to hear the parties in the event, if he proposes to give any finding against any person.

With the aforesaid direction and without expressing any opinion on merit this petition is disposed of.

Learned senior advocate for the petitioner continuously insists that this direction should be issued upon the respondent no.12.

We are not inclined to accept the same because the respondent no.17 shall consider and decide the representation.
