1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Case No.14 of 2022 (L.A.) pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah, South 24-Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is one for grant of Letters of Administration. It is submitted that the same had been fixed for arguments on September 10, 2025 but nothing has happened and as since arguments have not been heard the case has also not been disposed of.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No.14 of 2022 (L.A.) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

4. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.

5. With the aforesaid observations, CO 357 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
