Since the revisional application was filed in connection with M.P. Case No.31 of 2022 under section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code which was dismissed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur on 10.01.2023, any order therein subsequent to 10.01.2023 will not have any effect. Parties would approach the civil court for establishing their rights. The subject matter would only restrict to any breach of peace happening at the locality. No further order need be passed in the present revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 337 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
