Mr. Lokenath Chatterjee Mr. Sukanta Ghosh Mr. Rajesh Kr.Shah ....for the petitioner Ms. Sonal Sinha ..for the State Election Commission Ms. Sinha submits on instructions that the West Bengal State Election Commission is yet to receive the accounts of the petitioner. Such accounts form a part of the writ petition.

The petitioner is granted liberty to deposit the accounts immediately. As this order is passed in presence of the learned advocates for the parties, the West Bengal State Election Commission shall accept the accounts to be deposited either by the learned advocate for the petitioner and/or the petitioner's representative on the basis of the learned advocate's communication.

It is assured by Ms. Sinha that once the accounts are filed the notification removing the order of disqualification of the petitioner, shall be issued immediately as has been done in case of other similarly situated persons.

The Court appreciates the co-operation of Ms. Sinha. This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.
