Documents available in the case diary establish the money trial spoken of in the police complaint.

Apparently, the petitioner, engaged as a supervisor, extracted money from contractors for release of their bills by the company engaging the petitioner.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 338 of 2024 is dismissed.
