1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has submitted that this appeal has been filed against the order of acquittal mistakenly without filing any special leave and accordingly she wants to withdraw this appeal.

2. The payer is allowed.

3. The appeal stands dismissed being withdrawn.

4. Liberty is given to the appellant to file petition for special leave to appeal under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5. Liberty is also given to the appellant to take back the certified copy of the judgment from the department. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
