1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents had obtained appointment by producing false and fabricated caste certificates. The petitioner is stated to be a businessman and it is not clear as to how he got the information about the private respondents and how he was able to obtain the copies of certain certificates of the private respondents. Therefore, there is serious doubt as to the bona fides of the petitioner.

3. In any event, if an aggrieved person approaches the Sub-Divisional Officer, Malda district by way of appropriate application, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law after notice to all concerned.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
