This Court notes that the petitioner's claim is not sustainable. The petitioner was appointed in the school on 15.02.2000 whereas inspection for recognition of the school occurred on 07.12.1997. The service of the petitioner cannot be approved by the D. I. of Schools.

This Court does not find any fault in the impugned order of the Director of School Education dated 03.06.2011.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There will be no order as to costs.
