Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been met by a subsequent notification dated February 7, 2022. The West Bengal State Election Commission has recalled the order of disqualification. Notification is handed over by Ms. Sinha before this Court, which is taken on record.

The Court appreciates the co-operation of Ms. Sinha. This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.
