In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Petitioner intends to stay at Durgapur within the jurisdiction of Paschim Bardhaman. The case is registered at Shaktigarh Police Station which is within the jurisdiction of Purba Bardhaman. Accordingly, the conditions imposed while granting bail on 07.03.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner would report to the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station within the district Paschim Bardhaman once in a fortnight. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned trial court and will not deter the progress of the trial of the case. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court to impose additional conditions for ensuring smooth progress of the trial.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
