1. The petitioner retired from service as Assistant Teacher in Chandipur Primary School under DPSC, Bankura on 28th February, 2014. He is receiving pension which was started from 1st March, 2014. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to 'A' category pay scale that is at the time of retirement and pension in the same category. He has made representations to the DI (P.E) and SI (P.E) of Schools, Bakura in this regard on 11.01.2018 and 16.01.2018.

2. In the circumstances, the DI of Schools (P.E), Bakura shall consider the petitioner's representations and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
