Mr. Begg, learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to represent the State in this matter. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Having considered that the allegations are under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the charge-sheet has been submitted, I am of the view that without considering the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. the merits of the case cannot be considered.

Accordingly, CRR 340 of 2023 is dismissed.
