It is submitted on behalf of the private respondent no.12, that the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas on 13th December, 2022 has been carried in appeal by the private respondent no.12 and the appeal is pending before the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas.

Since the writ petitioner prays for implementation of the said order, no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 2296 of 2023, is disposed of.
