This matter is running in the list since 5th June, 2023. Several directions were given to the parties. They were not present even on the last date of hearing. They were directed to ensure their appearance before this Court on the adjourned date i.e. today otherwise, necessary order will be passed on the basis of the materials available on record. Hence, this matter is taken for passing order. This revisional application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been preferred by Anarul Islam, wherein he challenges the order dated 02.01.2020 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bolpur, Birbhum in connection with G.R. Case No. 320 of 2010 arising out of Labpur P.S. Case No.54 of 2010 dated 04.6.2010 under Sections 147 / 148/ 149/ 342/ 323/ 326/ 307/ 302/ 354/ 427/ 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9(b) (ii) of Indian Explosives Act and Sections 25 / 27 of the Arms Act.

Perused the impugned order whereby learned A.C.J.M. Bolpur fixed the case on 10.01.2020 for appearance of the accused persons and for execution report of W.P. & A. The matter was fixed on 04.12.2019 before the learned Special Judge, MPs and MLAs Court, Barasat.

I do not find any irregularity in the said order. The intervention of this Court is not required. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. All connected applications are also disposed of. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
