Petitioner has lodged a General Diary Entry with the police station regarding the missing of his son and it has been complained by the petitioner that in spite of his son missing, the police authorities are pressurizing him for repaying the creditors, which money was taken by his son.

I have considered the representation made to the Officer-in-Charge of Haripal Police Station as also taken into account the report which has been submitted before this court. So far as missing of the petitioner's son is concerned, police authorities have taken steps for tracing out him and accordingly the same has been communicated to the respective police stations.

It has been further contended in the report that, while conducting such enquiry, it came to

surface that Rabindra Nath Sen, who happens to be the son of the petitioner, had taken money from different persons and is not refunding the same over which there is a public grudge. Petitioner happens to be the father of the said Rabindra Nath Sen who is missing.

Police report do not reflect, at least, that any allegation are against him.

Accordingly, police authorities would oversee that the petitioner who is 67 years old, is not heckled or harassed by an individual without the aid of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2506 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
