It appears from the report of the Registrar Administration (L & OM) dated 01.04.2022 that there is a delay of 239 days in preferring this instant appeal. In view of the report of the Stamp Reporter, the appellant was directed to take appropriate steps for condonation of delay and it was submitted on behalf of the appellant that he would file application for condonation of delay within a period of three weeks from that date. But no step has yet been taken on behalf of the appellant till date. I find that the appellant/insurance company has lost its interest to proceed with the case and under such situation, I have no option but to dismiss the same. Accordingly, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed for default.

Connected application, if any, is also hereby dismissed as disposed of.
