The petitioner had participated in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in the year 2012 and 2014.

The petitioner is complaining that since she had not been provided with the results of the said tests, she has applied under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to know it.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the Board submits that the results of the qualified candidates were uploaded in the official website of

the Board and certificates have already been issued to the successful candidates, but the petitioner is an unsuccessful candidate, as such is not entitled to the said certificate(s).

The Board, however is directed to communicate the said results to the petitioner. W.P.A. 2297 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
