Petitioner was initially granted bail on 27.03.2025. The said order was modified so far as the conditions which were imposed by an order dated 06.08.2025.

Petitioner presently prays for waiver of the condition as he complains that the conditions so imposed for meeting the Inspector-in-Charge of Basanti Police Station once in a fortnight is creating hardship.

Having considered that the case is still pending, I direct that the petitioner would meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station once in a month till further orders. Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
