The Application being CAN 5/2023 is for condonation of delay in presenting the recalling application and application being CAN 4/2023 is for recall of the order dated 17th March, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on a writ petition. Having perused the explanation offered in the application seeking condonation of delay this Court is satisfied and accordingly the delay caused in presenting the recalling application is condoned. Accordingly, the application being CAN 5 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of.

The application being CAN 4/2023 is for recall of the order dated 17th March, 2023 is also

taken up for consideration.

Having perused the explanation offered in the application, this Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented on the date when the writ petition stood dismissed for default.

Accordingly the application being CAN 4/2023 stands allowed and disposed of.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

List the writ petition under the heading "Motion Group-V (Panchayat) For Disposal" in the monthly combined list of September, 2023.
