Hence, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous so far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned. Having considered the materials in the case diary and bearing in mind the general and omnibus nature of allegations and that the victim has already been discharged from hospital as stated by the learned lawyer for the petitioners, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner nos. 1, 3 4, 5, 6 and 7. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1, 3 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 while on bail shall meet the investing officer once in a week until further orders.
