Due to inadvertent and typographical 26.02 mistake in the cause title of the order dated 5th February, 2025 the name of the petitioner has wrongly been written as "Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay @ Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay & Ors. instead of Sri Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay alias Dilip Kumar Gangopadhay & Ors."

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 5th February, 2025 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 5th February, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
