Police personnel suffered injuries when they went to rescue a person whose brother entered into inter-caste marriage. Complicity of all the petitioners before us appears from the materials in the case diary.

Enlarging any of the petitioners will send a wrong signal to the society.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 343 of 2024 is dismissed.
