It has been pointed out that in first paragraph there are two typographical mistakes. In the second line instead of "withdraw" "with" has been typed and similarly in fourth line instead of "Section 127" "Section 125" has been typed. In paragraph 3 line no. 2 also there is a typographical mistake as to refer to this Section.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has opposed it. 4.

I consider the opposition is only for the sake of opposition.

Let the correction be made in paragraph 1 and 3. In paragraph 1 line No. 2 read as "withdrawn" in line

No. 4 the "Section 127 Cr.P.C. Similarly in paragraph 3 line No. 2 it read as "Section 127". 7.

Remaining contents remains the same.
