We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits in November, 2022. There are ample materials implicating him in the murder. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
