In the instant revision the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the proceeding being complaint Case No.416C of 2021 under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The learned Advocate for the petitioners has filed a copy of email sent by the constituted attorney of the petitioners, stating, inter alia, that they did not want to proceed with the instant application. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision is dismissed for nonprosecution.
