We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the teacher of the minor child. Her statement shows she was sexually abused by the petitioner.

In view of the nature of crime affecting a minor victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
