Mr. S. S. Arefin ...for the petitioner Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya Mr. Kartik Chandra Kapas ...for the State This matter relates to family pension. The petitioner's husband expired in the year 2005. Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the present complicated situation has arisen due to the change of option from C.P.F. to G.P.F. by the husband of the petitioner and she has also expressed that this matter can be settled across the table. Therefore, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to call a meeting with the petitioner and also with this school within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to take a decision after hearing the parties by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same by one week thereafter.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
