The petitioner made an application for transfer from his present school to another on 05.08.2021. He made a further application on 23.09.2021. As he filed the second application he waived all his rights in respect of his first application. When he filed the second application the memo of School Education Department as to the single teacher had come into effect on 22.09.2021. Therefore, the petitioner's case is covered by the memo dated 22.09.2021.

Hence, I direct the Head of the Institution to forward the application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools by seven days from the date of communication of this order and the District Inspector of Schools is directed to see whether any local arrangement can be made. If local arrangement cannot

be made no transfer order can be given to the petitioner. I hope and expect that the District Inspector of Schools will search for making an alternative arrangement and if it cannot be done it is to be intimated to the petitioner in writing and for this purpose I grant three months time to the said DI so that if no local arrangement can be made the reason can be intimated to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the DI and the school immediately.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
