1. The petitioner alleges that the bank acted in a very highhanded manner in putting up the property of the petitioner for sale. The bank has proceeded with the sale and a sale certificate has also been issued.
2. The petitioner has already filed a securitization application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, which is pending consideration.
3. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent bank not to take any further steps pursuant to the sale that was conducted.
4. As it appears that the issue is already pending consideration before the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, the petitioner is granted leave to agitate all points before the Tribunal.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.
