The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that March 7, 2025 has been fixed for further cross-examination of PW-1.

It has been submitted by learned advocate for the petitioner that the opposite party herein did not apply for payment of any alimony either in connection with this matrimonial suit or any other proceeding. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 357 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 5th Court at Barasat to take up the cross-examination of PW-1 on the next date fixed, i.e., on March 7, 2025, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
