1. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. The petitioners remain absent on 13th February, 2023 also.

2. It appears that either the cause involved herein does not survive or the petitioners have lost interest. Thus PIL is disposed of.

3. However, in the interest of justice, it is observed that if the cause still survives, the petitioner may file a fresh comprehensive representation before the competent authority, namely, the respondent nos.3 and 4 and consider the representation, in accordance with law.

4. The PIL is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits.
