Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated August 17, 2018.

Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that, the order stands complied with. The Corporation initiated proceedings under Section 400(1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, which culminated into an order of the Special Officer (Building). The person responsible preferred an appeal against such order. He makes over a copy of the order of the Special Officer (Building) to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court. The order dated August 17, 2018 required the Corporation to initiate proceedings under Section 400(1) of the Act of 1980. The Corporation having done so and a final

order being passed by the Special Officer (Building), no further order need be passed in the contempt petition. CPAN 56 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
