Apprehending arrest in connection with Posta P.S. Case No.177 of dated 11.10.2020 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that his client does not intend to press this application and prays for dismissal thereof.
