Versus

Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.2230 of 2022 can be disposed of with a direction on the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Nadia, being respondent no.4, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 6th September, 2021 and received by concerned respondent on the same day, within a period of four weeks from today by way of a reasoned order upon hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner and the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from when such order is passed. Needless to say, the concerned R.T.O. will take into account the relevant statutory Rules and Regulations for arriving at such reasoned order.

It is made clear that any further proceedings which may have been received by the concerned Authorities shall be proceeded in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
