The petitioner is the Head Teacher at Shyamnagar Aradhanatala Prathamik Vidyalayal, a school under Tehatta-II Circle of the Nadia District Primary School Council.

The petitioner is praying A-Category Scale of Pay on and from July 14, 2011 i.e. the date of publication of the result of his PTTI Course. A representation of the petitioner dated June 18, 2024 praying such relief is pending consideration before the Chairman of the Nadia District Primary School Council, the respondent no.4 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four

weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 2584 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
