1. The applicant/petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench by an order dated February 21, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 360 of 2024. The conditions of bail included, inter alia that - "i) He shall stay within the Baruipur Police Station until further orders except for attending court proceeding; ii) He shall provide the address where he shall presently reside to the investigating officer and learned court below; and iii) He shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of Baruipur Police Station once in a week until further orders."

2. The petitioner now has filed this application for relaxation of the aforesaid three conditions. The State has filed a report. We see substantial compliance of the conditions of bail. Signed By :

3. In view of the petitioner having adhered to the bail conditions, we are inclined to allow the applicant/petitioner's prayer for relaxation of conditions of bail.

4. The petitioner may travel outside Baruipur Police Station and need not report to the Officer-in-Charge of Baruipur Police Station.

5. The other conditions of bail shall remain unchanged.

6. The application being IA No: CRAN/1/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
