2. In spite of service, the School Authority is unrepresented.

3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Pure Science.

4. The petitioner had applied for general transfer on the distance ground.

5. Such application has been pending since 2022. The School has not taken any decision in the matter.

6. The respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner by 30.04.2026, in accordance with law.

7. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

8. Suspension of the 'Utsashree Portal' shall not stand in the way of the respondents in taken steps in terms of the order passed here-in-above.

9. With the afore-stated direction, WPA 2673 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
